Crystal therapy can be used as an individual modality as well as during sound therapy to allow you to benefit from the crystals and their properties during the meditative start you will enter during your sessions. 

In my sessions I will use crystal quartz singing bowls, pyramids and weighted tuning forks, theses will create vibrations at different frequencies that pass through the body

Essential oils  and incense may be used during the sessions, essential oils are a wonderful and natural alternative to medicines and the benefits your mind, body and emotional well-being. They can be used in many ways, and I only use a high grade quality oils with  seed to seal approval.

If you are unable to attend a class of have a face to face session, you can benefit in the same way via a virtual platform.
